Living in a hotel is cramped because the room is small, you want to cook your meals, you want to experience local life, you're returning from overseas temporarily, you can't move in time due to a sudden transfer, etc. A two-year term contract is a long time... such requests. To meet your needs, we offer properties with furniture and home appliances that can be rented on a weekly or monthly basis.                                               
                                               
This will be a fully furnished facility, so many facilities may not be able to bring in all of their furniture. If you are signing a contract for a room, please feel free to contact us as we may be able to introduce you to a warehouse where you can store your belongings or other facilities that are not listed.

*Depending on the screening results, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please note  of this in advance.

6Notification of screening

We will review your application as prescribed and contact you within a few days.
We will not inform you of the reason in case of rejection. Please understand this beforehand.
