秘密の隠れ家的お宿
敷地面積約７００㎡の中に、建物３棟のうちの１棟、１フロア１室の2階部分
１階自体１フロア分高い場所に位置しているため、実質３階程度の高さです
周辺建物はほとんどが２階建てのため、非常に明るく、風が通ります
何より２階には１室しかないので、他の方の音を気にする必要がありません
寝具２名様分はセミダブルベッド、３名様利用の場合の、もう１つの寝具は、ソファベッド（シングルサイズ/長さ1.8ｍ）
セミダブルベッドは、引っ付けることも、離すこともできます（事前リクエストがない場合は、離してセッティングいたします）
ミニ冷凍冷蔵庫、オーブンレンジ、マグカップ（Wedgewood社）、お皿、ナイフフォークをご用意

サイクリストに嬉しい専用自転車ラック２台有
お風呂は、別棟にある共同風呂のご利用となります
（ナイトタイムは1名30分として、先着順で確保いたします。当日の予約状況により、他のお客様のご利用がなければ時間制限なくご利用頂けます）
洗濯機は、別棟のドラム式洗濯乾燥機あり（無料）
（夏場のご利用は洗濯のみでご協力をお願い致します）
専用の物干しは、室内とSakura専用階段にあり
シーツコットンは、オーガニックコットン
タオルは、今治タオル
敷地内に３棟４室の宿泊部屋があり、現在２室のみ開業しております
残り２室とガーデンテラスの工事が途中であるため、工事期間中はお安い価格設定にさせて頂いております
（滞在中、工事の騒音が出る訳ではございません）

お知らせ
「チェックインは１９時まで」と締め切り時間が早いのは、敷地全体にある様々な空間がユニークな配列をしており、ゲストの皆様に満喫頂く目的で施設、設備のご説明をさせて頂きたいためです。お風呂やガーデンテラスがお部屋の外、フロントも別棟でかつ、敷地内の道もいくつかあり、敷地内移動が伴います。明るい時間にチェックインのご協力をよろしくお願い致します。
※2025年8月3日の予約分より、香港、上海、北京を除く中国籍の方のご利用を当面ご遠慮頂くことにいたしました。記載内容を読まないためのトラブルが非常に多いためです。トラブルになるのはどうしてか中国の方ばかりです。本意ではございませんが、受け入れる側も守りたい一線がございます。ご理解の程宜しくお願い申し上げます。

ゲストに大変好評の天然魚しか取り扱わない飲食店や、複数の海水浴場、勉強の神様の天満宮、紀州東照宮、西暦７００年代に建設された紀三井寺、漁船で臨場感たっぷりの和歌浦湾クルーズ、近くの和歌公園から高津子山の展望台までのミニハイキングコース、能の演技、アート、地元の魚で作るかまぼこ、廃干し魚（半干物）、人気のスイーツ店など、周辺には歴史的建造物や地元実力店も多数ございます。
コンビニやスーパーは徒歩圏にはございませんゆえ、チェックイン前に調達頂いた方がスムーズです。

There are three buildings with four guest rooms on the premises, and currently only two rooms are open for business.
As two rooms, entrance and the garden terrace are currently under construction, we are offering discounted rates during the construction period.
(There will be no construction noise during your stay.)

Approximately 20 minutes from Wakayama City Station on the Nankai Railway Nankai Line,by Wakayama bus, from Wakauraguchi stop 6mins on foot.
Approximately 25 minutes from Wakayama Station on the JR Hanwa Line, by Wakayama bus, from Wakauraguchi stop 6mins on foot.
From the nearby bus stop(Wakauraguchi stop), there are a lot of buses every 10-15 minutes to major stations/places.
