A private hideaway located in the Japan Heritage area of Wakaura, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk to the sea.

■ Building & Location
This property sits on a spacious 700㎡ site with three buildings.
Your room is the entire 2nd floor of one building, available exclusively for private use.

Because the 1st floor is positioned on elevated ground, the 2nd floor is effectively at the height of a 3rd floor.
Most surrounding buildings are only two stories tall, providing a bright, breezy, and open environment.

Access to the room is via a private staircase, and
there is only one room on the 2nd floor
→ No neighboring rooms, ensuring a quiet and highly private stay.

■Upper Terrace (South Side / Sea View)
The Upper Terrace offers a beautiful, elevated view of Wakaura Bay.
It is furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, creating a versatile space throughout the day:

Morning: Enjoy breakfast while listening to birdsong and the gentle sounds of nature.

Afternoon: A relaxing spot for tea time with a refreshing sea breeze.

Night: Follow the soft glow of lanterns to the terrace and enjoy fireworks viewing during the summer season.

This terrace is one of the highlights of the property, offering a serene and memorable outdoor experience.

■Garden Terrace (North Side / Vegetable Garden)
Located on the north side, the Garden Terrace features:

A vegetable garden

A mini golf practice area (scheduled for completion in autumn 2026)

It is a casual outdoor space where guests can enjoy greenery and light activities.

■Hilltop Area (Under Development)
The hilltop is still under development and remains somewhat unfinished.
However, guests may still enjoy fireworks viewing from this elevated point.

Full completion is planned for 2027.
